Giselle Collazo has over twelve years of experience in the real estate and financing industry. Her previous place of employment was Deconova International Realty located in Miami Florida. As a former real estate agent for the company, Giselle has gained a compassion for helping people sell and buy homes. Giselle takes great pride in the relationships she builds and always works relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. However, Giselle did not stop there. Through her hard work and dedication through real estate, she started her own investment company named Equilliance Investment Corp in 2015. Giselle purchased homes in the Central Florida area which sparked an interest to flipping homes.
A few years later, Giselle she opened her first mortgage company called, The Mortgage Life Lending Group, LLC in which she enjoyed helping people get approved for real estate financing. She clearly understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. This is why she created another mortgage company called, Mortgage Teammate Lending in 2016. Her strong background in real estate asset management makes her an industry leader, working with everyday clients from seller, buyers, investors and commercial transactions like The Biltmore Hotel, Embassy Suites, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotel and to name a few. Big or small her experience will serve as a great asset to your real estate or mortgage transaction. Giselle enjoys volunteering at local churches to help families that are in need. As a result of her success, Giselle is now working in the community to build stronger teams in organizations and to help them grow through her skills and expertise.
