My name is Patricia Tanner and I am the founder of Multhai International Realty, Multhai Investment Realty, and Multhai Residential Group located in Longwood, Florida. I am a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where I received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resources Management from the University of Central Florida. I began my career shortly thereafter as a Regional Property Manager. Throughout my career in property management, I have built interpersonal relationships with corporate clients. I have a successful track record of increasing company revenues over $5 million annually, through hard work, commitment, creativeness, and strategic planning. My experience and leadership role eventually led me to achieve a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license. I spent twenty years in the Real Estate field while completing a Master of Art in Human Resources Management from Webster University, and a Master in Public Administration from Troy University. It was in this capacity that I decided to open my own brokerage company. In addition, I find time in my busy schedule to participate in community activities. I am the Lead Marketing Coordinator for the Annual Chais Hogan-Ira Golf Tournament which focuses on finding a cure for Hydrocephalus. I have raised over $500,000 in three years through sponsorship and donations on behalf of the Florida Hospital Foundation located in Orlando Florida. Through my visions, I will continue to grow as an entrepreneur and is willing to share my knowledge, experience, and expertise with anyone whom is willing to learn.
